Access to and use of THREEDOGSPICKLES.COM (“the Website”), whether as a guest or as a customer member is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then please do not use the Services on this Website.

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. 

CHANGES TO WEBSITE 

THREEDOGSPICKLES.COM may change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and shall not be liable to the customer for any such change or removal. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or the content or availability of any such sites.

INDEMNITY 

You agree to indemnify and hold THREEDOGSPICKLES.COM and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against THREEDOGSPICKLES.COM arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website. 

SEVERANCE 

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. 

ORDERS 

All product prices are displayed inclusive of VAT but exclusive of Delivery Costs. We do our best to ensure that products are in stock, but in the event that your selected products are not, we will contact you to offer a later delivery or a refund. All payment are processed in GBP (£) using Paypal, THREEDOGSPICKLES.COM does not handle payment data. 

Visual of Product 

Images of products are there to give you an idea of the product, colors will vary from monitor to monitor. We cannot guarantee that your computer will show a true representation of the colors of all the products. Some of the pictures will not represent the size of the product, please check measurements. Please be aware that some products are handmade and might not exactly match the visual description. 

Delivery 

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours. We process orders Monday to Friday. If for any reason we cannot ship your order within 48 hours, we will contact you. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery within the US and 30 days for delivery outside the US. 

Cancelling an order 

We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not and wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing customercare@ThreeDogsPickles.com. If we receive your cancellation before sending your products, we will process a full refund. If you cancel once your order has been dispatched, we will be able to provide you with a refund when the products have returned to us, provided the items are in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. 

Refunds 

Once you have received your order, if you are unhappy with any of the item(s) ordered, please contact us by emailing customercare@ThreeDogsPickles.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will email you the address to return the item(s), please return the goods in the original packaging, within 14 days from the date you contacted us and we will be happy to refund you or offer an exchange for another product if you would prefer. 

Damaged goods 

If a product arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible. We should be able to send you a replacement, if this is not possible, we will offer you a refund or an exchange. 

Returned items 

If an item is returned to us as unsuccessfully delivered, and you wish for us to attempt to deliver it again, we will be happy to do so, but will ask you to pay for additional postage for resending your order. 

Mailing list 

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will contact you from time to time about offers or new products. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link on our mailing list.
